When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. Your account is managed through Supabase authentication. We do not collect anything beyond what's needed to run the pool.
Entry fee payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data securely under their own privacy policy. Some payments may also be recorded manually by the pool admin (e.g., cash or Venmo).
Your information is used solely to operate the pool — managing your account, tracking your team and lineups, calculating scores, and displaying the leaderboard. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.
We use cookies strictly for authentication sessions. No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies.
Your account data is retained as long as you participate in the pool. If you'd like your account deleted, contact the pool admin and we'll remove your data.
